Drew Chapman is an experienced employment attorney licensed in California and Utah, with over a decade of experience advising employers on compliance with complex labor laws. He holds a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University and is passionate about resolving workplace disputes before they escalate into costly legal claims.

Drew has advised businesses of all sizes, from startups to established enterprises, on a wide range of employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination and harassment prevention, employee discipline, and workplace investigations. In addition to his work in private practice, he has served as in-house counsel at a SaaS company, giving him firsthand experience in balancing legal compliance with business realities.
